Aparri is even the Northenmost town on Luzon, as new urban centers develop in the area. This is at the northern tip of the Philippines, Aparri Cagayan. Just hanging out with my friends and family. Sits at the mouth of the Cagayan River, the longest river in the Cagayan Valley. The wind & weather forecast Aparri/Cagayan is very much loves for kitesurfing, windsurfing, surfing & sailing.
