2012 Palanca Winner: Niles Jordan Breis

Congratulations to our friend NILES JORDAN BREIS who has just grabbed the first prize in essay - fil in the 2012 Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards for Literature. This is his fourth Palanca win. Sir Niles himself is an avid follower of Bisayang Manlalakbay and we are hoping that he'd grace this site with some of his travel essays and poems.
