This is my personal experience on Jan 11 and 12, 2014 of Stairway Lodge and Restaurant. There are no toilet seats on the bowls and the "hot water" from the shower was weak and cold. When I complained this to the lady boss, she blamed me not to read carefully the instruction stuck in the bathroom, and I should turn on the tape "halfway" before I switched the electric switch. Then she said to her staff that I complained too much to her lodge. I went back to the bathroom to read the instruction and did not find the word "halfway". The following day when my friend who does not speak fluent English complained to her that his room was smelly and requested to change to another room, I helped explain his situation. She suddenly yelled to me and said, "You spoke too much! You repeat and repeat and repeat!" I have never met a hotel personnel who had such a poor attitude to me!
